I offer trauma focused psychodynamic therapy, including somatic experience, for individuals 18+.
Clinical supervision is available for qualified psychodynamic practitioners, one to one or in a group. Individual and group supervision for agency crisis support workers (non-counsellors) is also offered.
My experience includes working in the public sector within criminal justice and third sector agency services for survivors of persecution and violence, including asylum seekers and refugees with professional interpreters. I also run a small private practice including EAP clients.
I have a special interest and skills in working with Complex Trauma.
My background includes midwifery and doula work, homeopathy and teaching/lecturing. I am a published author and trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (horses helping people).
