You will learn about the body, the mind and perhaps the ‘relaxation response’ – place of ‘being’ – when the sympathetic nervous system [fight flight mode] is balanced by the parasympathetic nervous system [rest relax mode].
You will gain experience in using tools like mudras [hand gestures], mantras [chants], pranayama [breathing exercises] and various yoga postures that will help to mobilise all muscles and joints as well as allow toxins to be moved from the tissues. There is also guided chakra meditation with positive affirmations [‘energy stations’ along the spine] to help balance and energise the chakras and leave you feeling happy respectively.
