I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and practicing yoga for over 30 years. I am always learning about anything to do with health and well being in mind, body and spirit and love bringing what I discover to class- such as Reiki drumming or tapping! My classes are inclusive and fun and my aim is that everyone leaves feeling peaceful, uplifted and with some space and ease in their body. I also run monthly restorative classes and Quarterly day retreats in . I offer Reiki treatments and EFT tapping at my studio in Haslemere or remotely. As a yoga therapist I work with clients to improve sleep, manage anxiety or generally bring more joy and contentment to life.
