I left my career in Medicine in 2019 (I had just passed my FRCPATH to become a Consultant Pathologist) to focus on healing modalities that truly addressed the holistic needs of the human condition. I trained initially in Reiki, then breathwork, past life regression, rebirthing, Shamanism, Transference Healing, Merlin Vortex Healing, Antaneea bodywork technique (an extraordinary body massage using light matrix oils, sound & sacred geometry) & most recently Inner Dance. Both Transference Healing & Antaneea work with light, sound & sacred geometry to clear physical, emotional, mental & spiritual distortions from our Divine Blueprint. Transference healing, channelled by Alexis Cartwright works to bring about a shift in consciousness. This – along with my other modalities -has been invaluable in helping me navigate the last 2 years. They help release pain, trauma & abuse, along with outdated patterning & conditioning.
