Inspired by 1950’s Hollywood Glamour Belair Fitness is a mix of sultry Burlesque and deep toning movements. Fashioned over 30 years Myra Nicol’s dream of an easy to attain sexiness of body, mind & spirit is now a reality. All of the movements in these videos are designed for beginners in mind with focus on protecting the back & joints. ‘Physical jerks’ are not the order of the day here. Expect thoughtful sequences which uplift the soul as well as the figure. Themed classes are set in luxurious settings which are easy on the eye .. but not hard on the pocket.
