My name is Belén Plaza Higueras, and I am a UK-based Psychotherapist with a background in Psychology and training in a range of therapeutic approaches (EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, EFT, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, PSYCH-K®️, Kinesiology). I am also a qualified Homeopath and Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner. I offer holistic therapy that integrates natural remedies and psychotherapeutic support—either in combination or as stand-alone treatments—tailored to the unique needs of each person. My vision is to accompany and support individuals through their challenges with compassionate care and deeply healing methods. I have dedicated my professional life to mental health, continuously expanding my knowledge of both traditional and alternative healing practices. With extensive experience working with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, addictive behaviours, and other mental health concerns, I provide a safe and supportive space for healing and transformation.
