I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Teacher and Holistic Practitioner, working on the Fylde Coast, North West England. I am trained in Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and I teach meditation and use the techniques for people within a healing capacity. I am fully committed to enabling and helping people re-discover their own amazing healing abilities, and to develop their innate knowing of how their mind and body can work more harmoniously to gain that health freedom and empowerment. I am also qualified in Aromatherapy and utilise those skills within a blended treatment for client’s wellbeing. Blended unique oils can also be created on an individual basis for client need. All the holistic practices I use are an amazing tool to place the client into a deep state of relaxation, calming the nervous system down and helping the body to focus on healing within that space.
