My passion is helping people live healthy & happy lives and to help them heal themselves through re-balancing their energy, detoxifying and relaxing their body. I specialise in helping people with Hormone imbalances & Migraines but also deal with many other ailments & issues. I focus on bringing the body into balance to help boost immunity & reduce stress levels through a range of different therapies including Reflexology (Foot, hand or facial Reflexology), Face to face and distant Reiki treatments, including Face Lift massages and Ear Candling. I also offer massage therapy including Hot Stone Massage and specialist therapeutic massage to alleviate headaches & migraines. I also run workshops teaching Facial Yoga to help people firm the muscles on their faces & look younger for longer!
