An energy Healer with a biomedical Health Sciences background.  I connect to each client on an energetic level.  I am passionate about the mind/body/spirit connection and psychology – what influences our wellbeing and how subtle changes can have profound effects on our behaviour and therefore overall wellbeing. As a Holistic Therapist I aim to treat on all these levels, to release physical and emotional tension and restore balance.  I bring a luxury extra-large massage table (with heated underblanket in the Winter) to your home/workplace.  I create bespoke oil blends for each treatment, using quality essential oils. I am also trained in many forms of massage, including remedial, pregnancy (after 3rd trimester), Indian head, lymph drainage, trigger pointing, myofascial release, cupping, and many more. Most treatments contain a combination of techniques, depending on the client’s needs. I am one of the few Precision Reflexologists in the UK. I specialise in general back, neck, hip and knee pain; also post-partum hip/back issues and Somatic emotional release using Precision Reflexology, Chinese Acupressure points and Reiki. Precision Reflexology is Advanced Reflexology – connecting with the client on an energetic level, linking the body systems and energy meridians to work more precisely on individual clients – a form of energy healing, working together using your body’s innate healing ability. Reiki Master Practitioner Certification (1 year accredited), Reiki levels 1 & 2 (12 weeks each). Membership and Insurance with the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists), Membership of GRCCT (General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapy) and Member of The Reiki Association. I take regular CPD courses to enhance my practice – most recently Mobilising Massage, Cupping, Acupressure for Alleviating Headaches and the M Technique for Anxiety.
