The Metamorphic Technique’s governing body, The Metamorphic Association, is a registered educational charity. A session usually lasts about an hour for adults, less for a child. Fully clothed in comfy clothing. A light touch is applied to the feet, hands and head along the spinal reflex zones. These zones correspond to the gestation period. A gentle connecton is established between the giver and receiver and this creates an environment free of direction where the recipient has the potential to transform naturally from within, in their own unique way. This technique is safe and suitable for all ages, and all conditions of health, from babies to the terminally ill. We make no claims, as the receiver is in charge of the process, but people report many powerful benefits, such as: improved health, a renewed sense of purpose, more fulfilled relationships, or a sense of simply “coming home to themselves”.
