To rediscover their sense of purpose again with an improved state of mind, through an understanding of how the mind works, how to lean into emotions for improved emotional regulation, and a process that helps to create changes to their mind, self and way of life.
I’m passionate about helping women rediscover who they really are, so they can stop seeking and embrace their uniqueness for a more fulfilling life. Due to social conditioning, many women lose themselves in roles to meet others’ needs whilst suppressing their own. The coaching process I’ve created helps to release the old conditioning to reveal who you are authentically. Helping you tune in to your intuition, so you learn how to make decisions and take actions which are aligned to who you are, which leads to an increased sense of fulfilment.
I call this Authentic Wellbeing, as it’s only when we become conscious of who we really are authentically that we can express our self fully and ensure our needs are being met, enabling us to realise our full potential and experience a sense of wellbeing.
