My healing journey began with the transformative practice of Reiki, soon complemented by Systematic Kinesiology.
I offer through my practice, several approaches to balance and well-being:
• These include one-hour holistic sessions, in which I call upon several complementary therapeutic approaches. These are directed towards emotional, energetic, nutritional, and structural balance.
• Individual Reiki treatments are offered as single sessions or in series of four. My clients will often join the “Healing Circle” which offers six or seven-week courses of distant Reiki – and these Circles are suitable for both individuals and animals.
• I also propose a six-week holistic weight-balancing program, employing a gentle and integrative approach.
• I have a great love of horses and my work extends to our equine companions with Equine Health Balancing. Whether through yard visits within a 20-mile radius of Devizes, Wiltshire, or through distant sessions, I have many years of experience working with horses and their owners. Here I focus on emotional well-being, energy, and nutrition in the form of herbal balancing. I collaborate with an equine herbalist to ensure your horses receive the best in quality herbs.
Long Covid:
I am open to exploring holistic approaches, especially from energetic and nutritional perspectives, in addressing the complexities of Long Covid.
Training:
My foundation training lies in Reiki and Systematic Kinesiology. This is deepened by regular CPD training. Trained as a Reiki Master by Gilles and Martine Tikka of Reiki France (2011-2012) and Chrissie Rhyman in the UK (2016), I further developed my skills as a Karuna Reiki Master under William Lee Rand (International Center for Reiki Training, 2020). / In Systematic Kinesiology, I completed the ASK Foundation Course with Rosie Dowbekin, (ASK, 2015) and received my Diploma in Kinesiology from the Bristol School of Advanced Kinesiology, (2016). Venturing into sound healing, I received my Diploma in Healing with Voice from the Sound Healing Academy in 2022. / Refining my approach to equine wellness, I have taken both online training and in-person workshops with Gillian Higgins, the renowned equine anatomist and biomechanician, through the courses provided by her equestrian company “Horses Inside Out”.
I hold a degree in Botany from the University of Durham, (1985) and a Doctorate in Genetics and Evolution from the University of Cambridge, (1990). My scientific training enriches and informs my holistic practice, creating a balance between evidence-based knowledge and intuitive healing.
