I support individuals to develop in non-pharmacological self health care.

I support clients who are receiving one or more pharmaceutical interventions or none.

I offer 2 free* of charge 30 minute Discovery sessions, and I have some availability of subsequent services in return for a donation decided on by my client.

I have certified engagement with 730 hours of education and training in bespoke support of non-pharmacological personal health care. I have 20 years (from 1999 to 2020) of being consistently and well respected in the NHS as a full time certified health care worker in a range of specialities. My time included 16 years of working full time as a registered nurse. This incorporated clinical pharmacological management and the support of people with short and / or long term illness. The services I provide are based on robust scientific method.

Details of my services, prices, client protective policies, United Kingdom legally compliant privacy policy and my scope of practice are available to interested clients after the Discovery sessions.

Through the two free of charge Discovery’* sessions, I would like to:

• identify your main issues and situation;

• introduce you to the bases for my service;

• help you with clarity about: possibilities and priorities and;

• inform you about the extent to which I believe my resources would or would not be currently relevant to you.

[* The free of charge sessions are offered to anyone who has not used my services in the 12 months prior to a proposed appointment time. They are to be taken within a fortnight of each other].
