I offer support, various therapies and a compassionate listening ear, either at my home in Ambleside, Cumbria, or via phone call.
My therapies are EFT, Reiki, Reflexology, therapeutic short retreats at my home (which could include meditative walks amongst the local fells and Lakeland), art and craft therapy (which is always fun!), spiritual counselling and meditation in a very peaceful and calming environment of tranquil surrounding countryside, straight from the doorstep!
I also offer home care, support and companionship in my local area for the vulnerable and elderly.
