I offer gentle, slow-paced walks, through beautiful landscapes and exclusive use of a private woodland on the beautiful Notgrove estate. The 1500 acre Notgrove estate nestled within rolling hills and untouched wild woodland, is an ideal place to experience Forest Bathing, connect with nature and practice simple, yet powerful guided natural mindfulness exercises.
The Natural Mindfulness walks and Forest Bathing experiences can be custom-made for small groups or 1 to 1 sessions. This ensures minimal harm to the natural environment and a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. You do not need any prior experience or fitness level to join the walk, as it’s suitable for any age, ability or fitness level. Visitors are encouraged to bring weather-appropriate footwear and clothing.
