I am a qualified Crystal and Reiki healer. I have always been concerned with the state of people’s mental health, especially in the last two years. I want to help people feel good about themselves with healing, affirmations, self-love, self-care and self-development.
I am soon to be starting Crystal Workshops, teaching Dr Usui Reiki with a good friend of mine who feels the same as I do about helping people. I am doing healing services in my home cabin and I also work in a new wellness centre that has opened up in the next town, where my friend and I will be teaching Reiki and doing our workshops.
I also have an interest in Aromatherapy and did a course on the Top 10 Oils. This has helped me and my family with minor issues such as bites, stings, burns and inflammation.
I am also interested in healthy eating and nutrition, and continue to learn and become the best version of myself.
