I am a trained Holistic and Mental Health Therapist (City and Guilds level 3, Level 4 SEG ), have been working in my private practice for over 14 years, with my colleague who is a Osteopath. Since lockdowns I have trained as a Mental Health Practitioner (diploma level 4 intergrative counselling skills) and i combine my knowledge of body and mind in delivering what the patient expert needs.
I also am the lead counsellor delivering mental health counselling at the MS day centre in Bedford supporting both patients and family members, I head up the service and have student counsellors gaining their placement hours at the centre
