Therapeutic Bodywork, from deeply soothing Heated Oil Massage to treating minor soft tissue issues with Sports massage and deep tissue techniques, I work with compassion and positive intention for best healing outcomes. Due to an old sports injury, I no longer run dance workshops or teach Lambada-Zouk, but I developed a series of effective and easy exercises to improve posture issues, specialising on shoulders and upper back mobility.
