Bowen technique is a holistic, natural therapy which is hands on and relaxing. As a non-invasive full body treatment it can be given either directly on the skin or through light clothing. It can help resolve a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms that may well have come about due to either recent, or old injuries, stress or other lifestyle pressures. It does not involve any skeletal manipulation, only gentle rolling moves over muscles, tendons and soft tissue, stimulating the body to come back into balance.
It is safe for people of all ages – and physical conditions – from strong, fit adults and sports people to pregnant mums, babies, children, and even the elderly & frail.
Homeopathy, usually prescribed in pillule or liquid form, is a wonderful treatment that is growing in popularity worldwide. Having practised it for many years I continue to be delighted and rewarded by the results I witness on an on-going basis.
Working on similar principles to Bowen Technique, I find that Homeopathy and Bowen can work beautifully alongside each other. People can choose to be treated with either one or both of these.
