I have cultivated a keen interest in nutrition and holistic healing over the last 20 years since discovering I had PCOS. I was determined to find natural ways to manage symptoms. Over the years I have found many types of holistic medicine to be helpful however I found nutrition to be the key factor which underpins overall health, allowing the body to thrive.
As an ex chef and previous owner of a catering company I have always been passionate about food. For me it’s not all about what does you good but also finding pleasure and passion in healthy meal creation and enjoying the experience of eating.

During our initial consultation we will explore in depth your current health picture and aim to interpret your current symptoms. We will then work together to set positive, achievable goals and base a treatment plan around these.
Treatment plans will consist of nutritional approaches alongside healing naturopathic techniques to support your body on its healthy journey and with purposeful supplementation where appropriate.
