My specialisms are in the areas of mindset, stress, anxiety & relationships. My aim is to really hear you, where you are right now and help you move from where you are to where you want to be.
Sometimes finding that space to explore your feelings is most important, finding peace in your world can be paramount. Perhaps your mind is on a fast spin cycle, ruminating about things that have happened or experiencing anxiety that won’t let up? Let me accord you that time for you, to find a calmer way of experiencing life and its frustrations.
Face to face and video sessions are available.
Whatever it is that’s concerning you, why not book a discovery call to see how we can work together?
About Me
My therapy is unique to you. I am an integrative spiritually minded therapist trained in Counselling, Psychotherapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, BWRT and EFT and am constantly updating my skills through reading and studying. I am currently undertaking a Mind Calm Master Coach course with Sandy Newbigging.
My aim is to help you to help you draw on your innate strengths. As spiritual beings having a human experience, most of us seek connection and comfort from our social sphere and if this is absent, we may suffer. It is evident that anxiety and depression are climbing upwards as we attempt to rely on ourselves as separate individuals in an ever changing, chaotic and untruthful world with cancel culture on the rise.
It’s all very well for us to simply draw on innate strengths, which is of course important, however many of us are also caught up in a desire to have a fulfilling social “feedback loop” which is understandable as at source, whether you believe it or not, we are all connected; each of us can mirror another on a subconscious – and even conscious – level.
I qualified with a psychology degree with the Open University in 2006, supplementing this with counselling and psychotherapy training, followed by hypnotherapy in 2013, and have worked in placements and private practice since 2008.
