I have done this all my life, because I have a drive in me, a passion to support and foster solutions in wellness.
Also, I had my own issues to challenge me, to make me understand myself at a deep level. I learnt that being vulnerable was the way to turn my traumas and wellbeing issues around and to see them all as calls, as teachers, and will continue to do so. To undo the indoctrination patterns and revive my innate intuitive self. I have always worked in wellness and have developed a broad knowledge base in it, from mainstream to holistic therapies.
Sure, there are some good generalisations to wellness, but, as there is no one size fits all, what order you address your challenges, is unique to you.
The most important and profound part in the repair and healing process, is a connection with another, someone like me. Someone who relates,
