Drawing on Otto Scharmers ‘deep listening’, deep relaxation techniques and solution focused methods for rewiring the brain; I can help you with stress and all the symptoms that come with that— depression, anxiety, mood swings, burnout, adrenal fatigue, disregulated nervous system, living out of sync with your circadian rhythms, digestive issues, unbalanced dopamine cycle.
I also use the Ayurveda to support team dynamics. Ayurveda understands it is what we consume through all our senses as well as the food we eat— how we live our lives and the impact of the cultures we are part of— that determines how healthy and happy we are. And, it recognises that people have different types of constitutions and temperaments— there are 7. Understanding the temperaments of your team and how they interact through tridosha theory, gives a more sophisticated analysis compared to other tools like Myers-Briggs, for understanding the psychology and strengths of your team members. It also brings clarity to group dynamics, and how your team can best work together. At the same time, your team’s wellbeing will benefit from each person learning how to live in balance with their particular constitution, notice when they are moving out of balance— creating the ground for illness— and what to do about it.
