We recognise and address the poorly understood underlying root causes, which go beyond trauma and life circumstances.
We run fun, restful and restorative escapes to improve psychological and physical wellbeing, based on new science and tried and tested techniques.

The residential Mental Health Getaways are for people with low-level mental health concerns including anxiety, depression and dissatisfaction in their lives, careers, relationships or with their body.
