I have 20 years of teaching various movement and wellness sessions and what I feel is invaluable to everyone is maintaining muscle balance using mobility exercises, strength training and self-myofascial release. This can go a long way in preventing pain and injury to free up valuable space in your life.
For example, teaching clients how to balance muscles around the hips is always rewarding as many of us are out of balance from all the sitting we do. This will create the groundwork for a functional pelvic floor as nothing works in isolation and everything interconnected.
