With permission I then connect in with my “Team of Light” who in turn connect in wih “your” Higher Self/Guides etc. This is a beautiful healing modality that digs deep into your energy gently pulling to the surface, clearing and healing all that no longer serves you.
I write down all that I am shown and send you a “Detailed Body Sheet” outlining everything that came up and was cleared/healed during the session together with a voice recording.
