I see clients In person with a view to obtaining a detailed case history and evaluate dietary intake, symptoms and signs during clinical observation. Thereafter, I undertake appropriate research in order to develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, with a view to optimising their health. I can also offer functional testing and recommend practitioner grade supplements where appropriate. We are all unique individuals, who have had varied experiences in life, so it’s about working together and creating a plan that is suitable for you and your circumstances. Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy can support a vast array of conditions, both chronic and acute. I am currently undertaking further training, which will enable me to offer Nutrigenomic Testing in the near future. Nutrigenomics pertains to genes that are modifiable through diet. An insight into your genes and their expression or otherwise, can provide a truly personalised approach.
