I’m a fully certified advanced holistic & clinical massage therapist specialising in chronic and persistant pain, especially jaw, neck and shoulder problems. I combine evidence based techniques from East and West based on the award winning, outcome based Jing Method with a truly holistic and trauma informed approach of tailored hands on bodywork, ongoing assessment and thorough aftercare – teaching you selfcare exercises to decrease pain and stress at home. Whether you need a fully relaxing and nurturing bodywork session to melt stress and anxiety or an ongoing treatment plan for a pain condition, I combine clinical and holistic care in a safe, cosy, body positive, and inclusive place. I am a LGBTQ+ friendly, and neurodiverse friendly therapist – all are welcomed and listened to with a full consultation and customisable options for care.
