Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that can provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain and side effects of cancer. It uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. It has the potential to unlock the bodies natural capacity to heal by offering space to patterns held in the system that have become ingrained.
As a student practitioner I am able to offer free sessions to patients who are prepared to be my practice clients. I am happy to sign post you to a number of fully qualified practitioners here in Cornwall if you wish to pursue further. As a practice client you will sign that I may share information that I record about the treatments with my tutors at Body Intelligence. This is to aid my development. All information shared with tutors about sessions however will be anonymised.
