I have been working with Holistic Therapies and Energy healing for over 20 years and in 2011 I started running yoga retreats in the South West and teaching yoga classes and share sound healing workshops locally in Dorset as well as online.
I offer Reiki healing and Akashic Records courses throughout the year in Evershot, Dorset and have a treatment room where I see clients for 121 work. I also offer energy healing online.
I am passionate about supporting people recover from trauma, working with the Vagus Nerve, yoga, breathwork and energy clearing to help regulate and manage the nervous system.
