I work to support people in reconditioning their nervous systems for improved physical and mental wellbeing. The nervous system serves as the bridge between mind and body and, as science is beginning to reveal, is at the core of our wellbeing. I use a combination of nervous system education and tools and practices to empower people to reclaim their own health. My work is very much informed by polyvagal theory, the understanding of which was so central to my own recovery journey from a chronic health problem. I offer an affordable and tailored 5 session course to equip you with the tools and knowledge to support and improve your wellbeing. It includes tools to work with unhelpful throughts and challenging emotional states; embodied awareness practices; brain retraining; vagus nerve stimulation practices; and neurosensory excersises to align us with the healing ‘ventral vagal state’, where we are peaceful, joyful, fulfilled, satisfied, and feel safe, secure and connected. I’m looking to develop a membership prgramme to include regular drop in live sessions to support ongoing nervous system regulation. I have trained as a Therapeutic Coach (including NLP, EFT, hypnotherapy and coaching), a Regression Therapist, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, a Breathwork practitioner and have a diploma in Humanistic Psychology, as well as having taken a number of courses on nervous system reguation and read many, many books. I also work part time at a world leading clinic supporting people in their recovery from chronic fatigue.
