Sarah graduated as a physiotherapist in 1996 and completed her Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy at University College London in 2007. She works in Hertfordshire and London (LHCC, 38 Lombard Street, Bank) and has more than 20 years experience in private practise.
She specialises in the treatment Beactivated which is a holistic approach designed to restore your body’s optimal function by massaging congestion points within the muscles and releasing blockages. Muscle testing is used to assess any weakness, the techniques are applied and the muscles are retested. The results in strength and flexibility are dramatic and easily measurable and are accompanied by correction of muscle balance, normalisation of muscle tone, increased energy and resilience, improved sporting performance, a calmer mind and most often a complete resolution of pain.
Sarah’s experience covers chronic and acute spinal and peripheral joint problems, sports injuries, work related pain, post-operative rehabilitation and hypermobility.
Sarah is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, Physio First and the Health Professions Council. She is covered by most insurance companies including Aviva, AXA, Bupa, Bupa International, Cigna, Exeter Family, Healix Health, Simplyhealth and WPA.
