I offer a service that is individual to the client’s needs. One size does not fit all and I use my skills that I have developed over 20 years to tailor my sessions to getting the best results for my clients.
I use a combination of my counselling skills, Hypnotherapy, EFT and Kinetic shift. I worked for many years as a telephone counsellor and then as a social worker before realising that my skills could be better used in this way. I found Hypnotherapy myself when I was suffering from chronic PTSD among many other things and I found it to be so effective it spurred me on to offer this as a treatment option for others.
Sessions last around an hour and I have have enough experience now to advise on the number of sessions needed for an individual, although this is a joint decision between myself and the client.
Hypnotherapy can support a client with so many issues it would be impossible to list them all but generally I offer sessions to support clients with depression, anxiety and stress, overcome fears or phobias, manage their physical health and support better sleep.
I also offer an online membership programme which was designed to offer people who don’t have time, or can’t find time, to care for their mental health a quick and easy option of accessing professionally prepared videos and other materials in their own time.
I also offer clients the option to purchase individual pre-recorded packages that support with either better sleep, exercise motivation, managing unhealthy food cravings and managing stress and anxiety. These are a great starting point for someone wanting to try out the benefits of Hypnotherapy.
