I offer SuperConnect energy healing, Emotional Freedom Technique and holistic coaching with NLP. I use a combination of modalities in order to provide the most benefit and my holistic approach means that we’ll work on mind, body and soul for optimum healing and wellbeing. My main focus is health and wellbeing and using Superconnect we can identify any underlying unresourceful energies that could be causing issues. We can then release those energies, thus allowing healing to take place. Once the energies have been released, we can then look at your diet and lifestyle, and perhaps tailor a healing plan specifically for you which may involve things like supplements, flower essences or another modality altogether.
