I am an Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle consultant and run my practice in Newquay, Cornwall. I also run consultation work via video chat or telephone so that distance isn’t a problem. I am also a counsellor.
I offer a free no obligation 20 minutes consultation. I will then send out a questionnaire via email and after that our first consultation is for up to 1.5 hours long. From that I write a diet and lifestyle plan to bring balance back to the aggravated or raised doshas. I will advise on herbs if necessary. My aim is to improve health on all levels; physical, mental and emotional. My work is by no means prescriptive; you will enjoy learning with me and embracing this wonderful way of life.
Price of consultation plus diet and lifestyle information is £75. Follow up appointments are £60. I provide support and guidance throughout our work together.
